"Several missed follow ups. They clearly weren't familiar with our account nor did they read the emails we sent based on the canned nonsensical responses we received. Didn't respond to requested changes in policy. They didn't make a change to our policy that they should have known about and done automatically. I changed agents because this office was not up to the standard I expect from Statefarm."
